Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Styra Pro is available in three billing options:

All plans include:

• Full Style Report (color type with 16 best colors, colors to avoid, color combinations, beauty profile with celebrity match, makeup palette, fabric & texture guide, jewelry recommendations, shareable Style DNA card)
• Unlimited Scan (check any item before buying)
• Wardrobe Score with gap analysis
• AI Stylist Chat
• Declutter recommendations

2. Billing

• Styra Pro is billed on the date of your initial purchase according to the plan you selected (every week, every 4 weeks, or every 12 weeks)
• By subscribing, you explicitly consent to automatic renewal at the regular price listed above. You will be charged at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
• If your introductory period ends, the regular price applies at the next renewal. You will be notified before the first regular-price charge
• All prices are in USD. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location at the applicable exchange rate
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• You will receive an email receipt for each payment
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your Styra Pro subscription at any time:

• Go to Profile → Manage subscription
• Tap "Cancel subscription"
• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No cancellation fees apply

4. After Cancellation

• You keep access to all Pro features until the end of your paid period
• Your wardrobe and profile data are preserved — you can resubscribe anytime to regain access
• After your paid period ends, access to Pro features is paused until you resubscribe

5. Price Changes

We may update subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
