1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Styra web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Styra is an AI-powered personal styling service that provides color analysis, style recommendations, wardrobe management, and item scanning. Our AI analyzes your photos and preferences to deliver personalized fashion guidance.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Free and Paid Services

Free tier includes:

  • Selfie-based mini color analysis (3 best colors)
  • 3 free item scans
  • Basic wardrobe (up to 10 items)

Paid services:

  • Styra Pro subscription (from $9.99/week, $39.99/month, or $119.99/6 months) — includes Full Style Report, unlimited scans, Wardrobe Score, AI Stylist Chat, and declutter recommendations. Introductory pricing may apply to new subscribers for the first billing period

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • By subscribing, you explicitly agree that your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or every 6 months) at the regular price unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of charge (see Money-Back Policy)

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Users)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by using the Service immediately after purchase (accessing your Style Report, performing scans, etc.), you acknowledge that:

  • You request immediate access to the digital content
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided
  • If you have not used any Pro features, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days for a full refund

This does not affect your 30-day money-back guarantee, which applies regardless (see Money-Back Policy).

7. User Content

By uploading photos and information to Styra, you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a license to process it for providing the Service
  • Confirm you have the right to share the content
  • Understand that photos will be analyzed by AI systems

8. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

Styra's recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. Style advice is subjective, and we do not guarantee that following our recommendations will achieve any particular result. Purchase decisions are ultimately your own responsibility.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute our recommendations commercially

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, AI models, algorithms, and content, is owned by Styra. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Styra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Styra is established. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
